The refrigerating efficiency of the refrigerating plate is high. The two refrigerating plates are controlled by two sets of refrigerating compressor units respectively, which can work independently or at the same time to ensure the milk cooling is fast and even without icing phenomenon. The insulation layer is filled with rigid foam material with low thermal conductivity, so its quality is light and its thermal insulation performance is excellent.
Control and storage:
The equipment adopts automatic control, and the electric control box can be installed on the side or the proximal end of the milk tank for automatic control. The milk tank equipment and electrical control box can be combined for automatic temperature control of the refrigeration system. The compressor has high-pressure pressure fault protection and motor overload protection (high-pressure protection value is 2.0mpa, low-voltage shutdown value is 0.2mpa). In case of the above faults, the circuit will be automatically disconnected and alarm will be given, and the compressor will stop working. At this time, the fault must be checked and eliminated before the reset button can be pressed to continue working. When the milk jug needs pre-cooling, it can be started manually. The agitator motor works synchronously with the compressor. When the compressor stops working, if necessary, the agitator switch can be set to the automatic gear. At this time, the agitator will enter the adjustable intermittent rotation.
When the milk is stored for a long time, if the milk temperature in the tank is higher than 6 ℃ (adjustable), the compressor will start by itself and refrigerate until the milk temperature in the tank is lower than 4 ℃ (adjustable), then the compressor will stop automatically, so as to achieve the purpose of cooling.
