After continuous fermentation, the fermentation products are transferred to the refined area through the pipeline, and the fermentation tank shall be cleaned and maintained before the second fermentation. Maintenance of the fermenter includes the following:


1. Maintenance of agitator: check and tighten the stopping screws installed in various parts of the agitator shaft after opening the can cover each time.

2. Adjust the position of upper magnetic steel: The normal distance between upper magnetic steel and the bottom of tank is 1-1.5mm. If the distance is too small, the bottom of upper magnetic steel will touch the tank body. When the spacing is too large, the magnetic force between the upper and lower magnetic steels will decrease. When the fermentation broth is viscous, the agitator may stop running and there will be a large noise.

3, the replacement of the bearing: after one to two years of use, the bearing noise significantly increased or the stirring shaft obviously swing to replace the bearing. Remove the bearing bottom end cover, shaft head screw and bearing gland, remove the bearing bottom end cover, remove the clamping spring at the bearing bottom end of the bearing seat, remove the mixing shaft from top to bottom, remove the bearing and replace it, and install again.

4. Replacement of filter element: Due to the large amount of dust in the air, after a certain period of time, the microholes in the filter element will gradually become blocked, which, on the one hand, will cause serious shortage of air flow and increase of air pressure drop, and may cause contamination, so it needs to be replaced at this time. When idle, the filter element shall be taken out from the air filter and the condensed water in the filter shall be exhausted.

5, solenoid valve maintenance: solenoid valve is used for fermentation tank cooling, solenoid valve spool stuck, valve core sealing ring failure and damage to the solenoid coil can cause the failure of the solenoid valve. Fault judgment: in order to ensure the circulation pump operation and circulation pipeline under normal circumstances, the biggest reason for temperature drop is solenoid valve leakage or valve core stuck, and the other reason may be burnt out electric heater. Press the water injection switch, and the indicator light of the water injection switch is on, but the upper end face of the solenoid valve is not magnetic, there is no cooling water discharge, and the coil is broken; The water injection switch indicator light is not on and F1 (Really) fuse in the control box is burnt out. Close the solenoid valve, the drain outlet has cooling water leakage, valve core seal failure or debris stuck valve core.

6, ball valve maintenance: because the sealing parts in the ball valve is made of two hemispheric tetrafluoroethylene, after a long time of use, the seal and valve core may leak, loosen the valve at both ends of the sleeve joint nut, and then tighten the valve at both ends of the cylindrical joint (under normal circumstances, the rotation of the valve handle should have some resistance).

7. Leakage of sleeve joints: tighten the pressure cap on the street.

8, air hose: in order to prevent the hose connected to the two ends of the air flow meter from accidental burst, it is recommended to replace the hose every two years.

9. After the fermentation is completed and sterilization is carried out, it shall be cleaned in time. During installation, it shall ensure the reset of the air distributor, replace the filling hole washer in time, and replace the bottom valve washer if the bottom valve leaks.
